Currently I don't think there is an Image Cropper Property Editor for v7 yet. You could try ImageGen pro for cropping, but you don't a lot of control over the crops.
I'll rather wait until v. 7.1 is done. I know that Jeavon Leopold have been working with the core team to implement crop, so his plugin is proably fine, but he also writes that there might be errors in the package.

How do you use an image croppper in Umbraco 7? I can't find the default image cropper datatype. Any package ready for v7?

I'm currently postning client websites, in order to implement them in Umbraco 7.1, so we can use crops. How much can I rely on the release date?
