Another issue folks, now working with V7.0.4. If I save content it saves but doesn't refresh and hangs on the faded save look e.g.

Yet, on my local version in debug mode via VS2013 it works!!!
Answering my own question again - folder permissions - followed this article and no longer have an issue with this...
