There are two media pickers in v7, "Umbraco.MediaPicker" which is only a single picker and is there mainly for upgrades and "Umbraco.MultipleMediaPicker" which is the new picker which permits multiple media items to be selected.
With the new picker you should have a "Pick multiple items" check box to disable this or if using the old one then it only allows one item to be checked.
I just tested with the freshly released v7.1 and it seems with the Umbraco.MultipleMediaPicker that you need to tick, save, untick save and then it only allows a single item selection
How do you restrict the Media Picker to 1 photo?
I can't seem to find the option to restrict the media to one single photo. Is this feature removed?
Maybe I was thinking of Digibiz media picker.
