    can umbraco 7 run using asp.net 4

    hey guys can umbraco 7 use asp.net 4 instead of 4.5 ??

    Hi ruwald,

    Nope, if you see on the system requirements for Umbraco 7, it says:

    http://our.umbraco.org/documentation/installation/system-requirements

    IIS 7+ (II6 may still work but is untested)

    SQL CE, SQL Server 2008 (Express and higher)

    ASP.NET 4.5 Full-Trust

    Ability to set file permissions to include create/read/write (or better) for the user that "owns" the Application Pool for your site (NETWORK SERVICE, typically)

    thanks , i see v6 will work with asp.net 4 , so i uploaded to an iis 6 but dont know if im doing somethin wrong because i get this error when i try run it , but when i do it on my local iis it works wonderng if you could help ?
