    Macro in richtextbox property type of document type

    Hi All,

    I have used rich text box type property in the document type. While creating a page for that document type i have to fill some data in that property. On toolbar of the rich textbox of that property i find an item called macro. On clicking macro a blank dropdown appears.

    Note :- I have already added some of my user controls as macro using the developer section of umbraco. These added macros are available to us in templates/master pages.

    Can any one please let me know which kind of macros are added in the rich text box properties of document types?

    Hi Tarunjit,

    See this documentation, http://our.umbraco.org/documentation/reference/templating/macros/managing-macros there is a option use in editor. I think that is the setting that you not have ticked for the macro that you want to use in the rich text editor.
