The internal search function in Umbraco 7.1.6 not work perfect, it not show all items. We have a lot of nodes including sub-sub nodes. When we search the results not show all created nodes.
Anyone experience the same issue?

maybe your examine index isn't actual. You can rebuild the examine index manually in developer section:
