Have been asked to set up a secure Printing Assets section for very large files in a V7.2.1 site. Wondering if it's possible to build a back end control (Macro?) that will allow them to FTP files up to an external directory and for the front end to view the sub-folders and files of the FTP root but via a secure login page. i.e. no access just because you know the URL.
Is this what the customfilesystem is used for? If so, could access be controlled from the Members section?
Just clutching at straws trying to get ideas but wondered if anyone else as cracked this before?
