For the AD part you could take a look here. http://our.umbraco.org/wiki/how-tos/membership-providers/active-directory-membership-provider I know this documentation can be a bit old, and I haven´t tried myself. Perhaps you can use this package http://our.umbraco.org/projects/developer-tools/active-directory-providers
