Is the ApplicationCache or any other Cache layer in umbraco setup to propagate custom items between servers in a load balanced environment?
The documentation on this page appears to hint at some distributed cache as well as being able to add and remove items from cache. How ever I can see no mention if this is distributed or just a wrapper around .net's runtime cache.
