Rich Text Editor Issue

I can publish the content without Rich Text Editor. When I add the rich text editor in document type, not able to publish the content. Its Show like below

Version 7.2.6 Upgraded from 4.9

I have tried with another umbraco project, its working fine.

But not working in current project only :-(
