I currently have v7.1.6 installed and I have a link and a picture to go to a pdf in a toggle box. The link launches an new tab but the image does not. The Tab 1 Click Through URL is setup to open the linked document in new window or tab. Is this an upgrade issue. I am trying to search the release notes but nothing is jumping out.
