Is it possible to have multiple macros in a rich text field?

I have a macro, which is a series of questions and answers. There will be multiple questions and answers. I created a macro with the question and answer field, which is allowed to be added to a rich text field.
However, how can I get it to be able to add multiple instances of this? I also created a macro container to hold me macro and set the multiple limit to 20.
The problem is, this does not seem to apply when you add the macro to a rich text field, you can only add one at a time, and I need them together really to be able to perform some JS opening and closing of the answers.
