    No definition and no extention method for 'partial' in base.cshtml

    Hi,

    I am using umbraco 7.2.5 version for a website. I have two packages in this site RJP.MultiUrlPicker and USN Refresh Starter Kit. When I build this site it gives error like -

    Error 5 'System.Web.WebPages.Html.HtmlHelper' does not contain a definition for 'partial' and no extension method 'partial' accepting a first argument of type 'System.Web.WebPages.Html.HtmlHelper' could be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?)

    Help me to get it build.
