7.4.1 - umbraco.css not loaded in to the admin section? include it in the head and it works?
We've finally upgraded to 7.4.1 -> 7.0.1
(had to remove parent child relationships between compositions etc etc) got rather messy.
Now in 7.4.1 no console or network log errors but umbraco.css is just not included in the admin section. we add it in the head and it works fine. But by default it's not there and we're not getting any errors.
You should try bumping the version number in the /config/ClientDependency.config file and increment the version number by 1 and then recycle the app pool afterwards.

It's probably a caching issue.
You should try bumping the version number in the /config/ClientDependency.config file and increment the version number by 1 and then recycle the app pool afterwards.
