What you can do is to use some of the HTML framework to make your website responsive, it will perhaps needs some rework of your HTML markup and CSS as well,
You could try to have a look at some of the responsive frameworks.
If you don´t want to use a framework like the above, then you can also write your CSS to get your website responsive by using media queries https://css-tricks.com/css-media-queries/
