We’ve seen cases where parts of our deployment engine (that relies on Kudu) are unsure of what’s been deployed so far and decides to re-deploy all files rather than an incremental deploy.
We’re investigating this to find the root cause, but until just ping us if you need further assistance. There's a help button in the lower corner of the portal that takes you to our support chat.
Deployment speed
Is it just on my project, that deployments are incredibly slow?
Right now I am waiting for a deployment of two document types, and it has taken over 10 minutes now.
15128 files have been processed according to the log, but only two files were changed.
