I have a load balanced environment. My master server is also a front-end server, and there are 2 other front-end servers. We Courier from a staging server.
When I Courier (to my master server), my examine indexes are updated on the master server but not on my front-end servers. The content is updated in the XML cache however.
If I publish the page in the back office of my master server then the examine indexes (and the XML cache) are update on both my master server and my front-end servers.
I've logged this as a bug, but I find it hard to believe that I'm the first to experience it if it is a blatant as I'm suggesting.
