I think it's good you mention this on the forum but I think it would also be good if you add it to the issue tracker for the forms project here http://issues.umbraco.org/issues/CON - The Forms plugin is getting a lot of TLC these days so I'm confident that if they're able to reproduce it's something that will get fixed pretty quickly. But of course I can't promise anything but seems bugs have been fixed at a pretty high speed lately but it of course also depends on the complexity of the issue.
Copy form creates linked workflows
Running Forms 4.2.1
When we copy a form the workflows GUIDs remain the same on both forms so any change made to the workflow on one form is replicated on the copy.
