I have upgraded from 7.5.8 to 7.6, I was using Contour in 7.5.8 but realized its broken in 7.6 completely throwing SQL errors so I have removed and installed Umbraco Forms.
Umbraco Forms install went fine but when I try to create a new Form with admin user it gives You are not authorized to create form error.
When I navigate to Users->Form Permissions->click admin user I get the blank screen with error in console for
GetByUserId?userId=0 with Response details as following:

Adding Id field to these two tables;
UFUserSecurities
UFUserFormSecurities
worked.
EDIT: seemed to work, can create form but on Save throws error;
The INSERT statement conflicted with the FOREIGN KEY constraint "FK_UFUserFormSecurity_UFForms". The conflict occurred in database "umbraco7", table "dbo.UFForms", column 'Id'.
The statement has been terminated.
I have created the Id field in two tables as uniqueidentifiers.
Guess something else is needed here...
