Umbraco Forms - Exception message: An item with the same key has already been added.
Hi,
We've got an issue on a site where Umbraco Forms won't submit when a member is logged into the site (if they're logged out then it submits without issue).
Error code:
Exception type: ArgumentException

How bizarre. It appears that because we use a field of 'Name' in our members it conflicts with using 'Name' when submitting an Umbraco form. Renaming the Umbraco Form to use 'Your Name' brings everything back to life.
Will test further, but the idea that this issue relates to Umbraco Forms not liking {form_name} within the workflow when used in conjunction with logged in members seems plausible.

How bizarre. It appears that because we use a field of 'Name' in our members it conflicts with using 'Name' when submitting an Umbraco form. Renaming the Umbraco Form to use 'Your Name' brings everything back to life.
Like a bad dream this one has come back to haunt me. Everytime I try and submit a form, even one with no fields on it, I get

N.b. this is Umbraco Forms 4.4.2 running on Umbraco 7.5.6.
