    How can I backup from Umbraco Froms?

    Hi.

    I want to backup all forms from Umbraco Forms and their entities in back office and then restore to current web site or another umbraco web site

    How can I do this?

    Just copy everything in this folder

    \App_Plugins\UmbracoForms\Data\forms
