    UserName not working for one user

    Hi,

    I have an intranet site running Contour 3.0.28 on Umbraco 6.2.5. The site uses Windows authentication.

    Several forms have a "current user" field, with a default value of [%UserName]. This works for virtually everyone, but the field comes up blank for one particular user.

    I have no idea where to even begin troubleshooting this one. Can anyone advise how the [%UserName] lookup works and therefore what sorts of things I should be checking?
