Namely, I'm assuming you mean the recaptcha isn't working on the front-end of the site; therefore, could you copy any errors you find in the Developer Tools Console for the specific browser you're using?

Hello Jon,
I am unable to go to the next page when I added google recaptcha on my form.
When I click next it stays on the same page. When I removed the google recaptcha from my form, I was able to go to the next page.
I am not getting any error in my console.

Have you checked the server logs? If you're not sure how to do that then I would suggest you install the Trace Log Viewer package by @DanDiplo
This might help you figure things out!

A couple of things...
Make sure you are using the V2 version of the recaptcha control as the original no longer works.
Also, I think you need to register your domains with Google and generate keys which you have to put into UmbracoForms.config.
