There appears to be a bug on the form editor in 1.1.1. If you have a checkbox list, or a single checkbox, the boxes don't get checked when you edit the form! Just noticed this after I updated this morning!
Dropdowns etc all seem to be working correctly, it just appears to be checkboxes that are affected.
Yes, when you open the editor from the contour records list for a form, none of the check boxes are selected. The values are in the database, you can see them when you download the data from Contour, they just don't get selected on the editing page.

Just tested this and I can confirm that it is a bug, will fix and get our next maintenance release out.
