    copying contour form between environments

Is this generally handled manually or is there a cleaner way to do this?

    Hi Jeff,

Yes simply export the form on 1 environments and then import it to the other.

    Cheers,
    Tim

Is there a reason why the form Guid can't be preserved during this process? I would have thought it safe to do so, and it would make things a lot easier when moving forms about.

As it is, importing my form definition has created a new Guid for the form, which means I'm having to use a utility method to get the Guid from the form name any time I need to refer to it in macros or whatever.

You could also use Courier to transfer Contour forms between  environments: http://www.nibble.be/?p=103

Courier should keep the same form GUID
