I have created a contour form,this form is not getting submitted when i have assigned a host name to it's parent content node and the form works fine when placed in other node under content node with different host name.
Can any one throw some light on this

Do i need to use script manager when using a contour form?
I found a exception logged to umbracolog table which shows "Umbraco.Licensing.Exceptions.InvalidLicenseException" and only a few domains approved for it.Is this a problem for my contour form not working in specific domains

I am facing 'sys ' is undefined ,'Type' undefined ,'Umbraco' undefined for the page containing contour form.How can i fix these errors?

Are both test using the exact same form / template ?
If there isn't a script manager on the page Contour will add one so you don't have to add one manually.
