    Secions wont work after Contour Upgrade

    Hi All,

    Just upgraded Umbraco contour in Umbraco 4.0.4.2.

    After the upgrade Contour is the only loading section. The content, media, developer.... trees wont show up anymore.

    Also the contour edit fields don't show up.

    Anyone recognising the problem?

    Well that's a pretty old umbraco version, so I would suggest to stay on Contour 1.1.9 or upgrade umbraco

    Hi Tim,

    Is there a way to downgrade contour?

    I think its strange to show "Works with all versions of umbraco, as it does not contain any version dependencies" on the download page.

    If there is no way to downgrade, is it posible to upgrade to the newest version?

    Thanx. Contour is working again. The sections are still gone. Is there a way to fix this also?

    Was the only thing that changed the contour upgrade from 1.1.9 to 1.1.10 ? that basicly just changes some paths so wouldn't have any effect on other sections .. try checking file permissions

    Here are the steps:

    1. Upgraded contour because I had an error.
    2. Contour fields were not displayd.
    3. Deteled contour en reinstalled in developer section.
    4. Contour works fine but other sections will not load.

    Checked the permissions:
    /install/default.aspx?installStep=validatePermissions
    Result "Your permission settings are perfect!".

    The network service user had Full controle. I removed an applyd the setting again. Still no luck.

    UPDATE!!

    Is there a way to show tree settings? The only trees working good are "Contour security" and the whole Contour section.

    Did you delete contour by uninstalling it? Try restoring the umbraco assemblies from a fresh archive containing your version
