Contour validation not working

I have a form which has been working fine but now when it is submitted it comes back with validation errors and clears all form fields.

I can't see why this would suddenly stop working?

This is a really old post but I am experiencing the same issue. The client side validation appears to be working but if server side validation fails all form fields are cleared.

Versions:

Umbraco 6.1.3

Coutour 3.0.12
