In the interest of making our users' lives more foolproof, can we somewhere set the default for "Disable default stylesheet" to true?
Not through the UI but you could hook into the form event model and on create of the form make sure that setting is true
Alternative solution, remove the css from /umbraco/plugins/umbracoContour/css/defaultform.css
