    Export bug after remove field

    Hii. 

    I see same bug when adding new field to form here :

    Same happend when removing.

    1. Create a Form
    2. Create three text field
    3. Create some entries on the form
    4. Delete one a new text field
    5. Create some more entries

    When looking at the entries via Umbraco it looks good.
    When you are exporting to CSV it will mix the field inputs.

    I have a fix for this but it will impact the performace, it's basicly just an update xslt file that is used for the export, will post it here in a couple of mins just need to find it

    About the performace -  it is going to be critical with 3000 - 5000 entries?

    Ok found it, just use this file http://dl.dropbox.com/u/886345/excel.xslt

    To replace \umbraco\plugins\umbracoContour\xslt\excel.xslt
