I noticed that the default workflow 'send-to' email on form submit is taken from the 'email' field value under each user account. Is there a way to set a common 'send-to' email address, which would overwrite the user's email address and used in the workflow?
The default one will always use the email adres of the person who created the form, if you want another or more email addresses you'll need to update the workflow settings
