We had Contour 1.1.4 installed on our version of Umbraco from a ways back. We have since upgrade Umbraco a few times but did not use Contour since then. We are now on Umbraco 4.9.1 and just happened to look at the Contour version. So I uninstalled Contour 1.1.4, installed 3.0.6 and the interface came back that was not there when 1.1.4 was installed. I tried to save a simple test form just by creating a new form, added a multi option and then tried to click the save button. Got the "Form Not Saved" pop up. Is there anything I need to do? Or a file that might not have been updated?
Although I don't quite get it because the forms are showing up in my list under "Forms" in Contour. I am baffled. Are they actually saving or not?

Might be because the js is cached, could you try clearing your browser cache
