Is there an error log somewhere, or any other log file, that would give some insight into why a form was deleted instead of saved when hitting the save button? This is v3.0.9 running on 4.11.6.
Perhaps there is some information in the umbracoLog table in the database. I don't know if you could also check the log4net entries, which I think is saved in the App_Data folder somewhere on the disk - can't remember exactly where it's located.
