I'm currently using Contour 3.0.12 on Umbraco 4.11.8 and i get the folowwing error when I load the form page. Its using the RenderForm.ascx from ~/usercontrols/, i have tried replacing the install files from the Contour 3.0.12.update, and i still get the same error.

Hmm doesn't look like th error is coming from any Contour specific scripts

Alternatively you can just use the razor macro that shouldn't use a scriptmanager so you shouldn't get that error
