    Cant create Prevalue Source with contour 3.0.12

    Has anyone had issues when creating new Prevalue Source under v 3.0.12 with umbraco 4.11.8 ?

    When trying to create it returns this ugly pop msg 

    The create dialog for "formprevaluesource" does not match anything defined in the "~/umbraco/config/create/UI.xml". This could mean an incorrectly installed package or a corrupt UI file

    Well looks like when upgrading to a more recent version of umbraco some configs gets mess up!!.

    Good got it working again though.
