Umbraco v6.1.6 (Assembly version: 1.0.5021.24867)
Is there anyone who had tryed this:
When the form i submitted, and there is send an confirmation email to the sender.
In the form there are fields that not are required.
Is it possible in a easy way to romove these empty fields from the email?

You mean the confirmation email needs to be custom right ? If so make use of Send XSLT Transformed Email in your workflow.
