I have a contour form which i can view using the preview button under the contour section.
I added it to the content area using the macro facility and publish the page - contour form does not show. Looking at View Source it seems the contour form has commented out (<!-- Umbraco_Macro formguid...-->) so it doesnt display on the page. I have recreated the form and reinstalled Contour to no avail.
