    web.config entries need to be removed to re-import codefirst forms

    Hi Tim

    What's the significance of the two ContourFormBuilderHttpModule web.config entries needing to be missing on first start? Is there any other way this can be achieved? It seems a bit scrappy that I have to remember to remove them on first import or subsequent imports of codefirst forms.

    I also have to go through a process of removing every form from the back office UI too.

    I get a YSOD if I dont delete these entries.

    Hmm you shouldn't remove those, but think I fixed the error, if you run into it again, could you paste the stack trace of the YSOD
