    Return user back to form and step

    I have a Contour form, once the user goes to the next step i believe it stores the values in a cookie, as if the user returns back to the page it knows which step theyre at and which form. 

    How could i extract this info so i could convert this into a URL and return the user back to this page in case the cookies have been deleted?
