See the above thread. I'm not sure if the issue is with Contour or Courier, but they aren't playing nicely together. Some sort of incompatibility with Umbraco.Licensing.dll.
The error happens when I install Contour and then Courier, and attempt to create a Contour form.
The workaround is to revert to Contour's Umbraco.Licensing.dll, but I'm not sure if that breaks something in Courier I haven't noticed yet.
