    Umbraco Forms Conditioned fields not showing

    I've setup a form with some fieldsets, and on one of the fieldsets I've set up the following condition http://prntscr.com/96ot6r

    The fieldset is initially hidden, but when selecting the value in the radio button referenced in the condition, nothing happens.

    I should have the necessary scripts in my bundle

    • jquery-1.11.1min.js
    • umbracoforms.js
    • umbracoforms-conditions.js
    • umbracoforms-prevalues.js

    Which is loaded asynchronously and I'm not seeing any errors in the console

    I also tried having the necessary scripts just in the form template as standard, but no change.

    • Umbraco v7.2.4
    • Umbraco Forms v4.1.1

    Hi Michael,

    Unfortunately I am able to reproduce the error with the form conditions. I have also found an issue on our issue tracker http://issues.umbraco.org/issue/CON-805

    Could you please add your findings in there, so we can get that fixed ASAP. Thanks,
