Hi Guys
I've created a form with a dropdown list, and one of the entries is "B&B". This is written as B&B in the frontend, but when trying to edit in the backend an error is thrown when I click on the "edit items" link.
Error: uncaught exception: Syntax error, unrecognized expression: &B
(from firebug) and
Line: 1 Error: Exception thrown and not caught
in IE. I'm unable to edit the items any more.
(4.0.3, IIS6. .net3.5)
Cheers,Dan
Also, brackets ( ) in options also throws and error and prevents editing the items.
workaround: edit the values in UFPrevalues table to remove & and () values.
Thanks for reporting this Dan, the issue is now logged in our bug tracker we'll look into a fix
