As discussed previously Contour injecting style="" into tags is not ideal. However it can be worked around.
However what I've noticed is even when the validation is set to just appear at the top as a summary, these validation <span> tags are still being injected into the code regardless. They just don't get used.
The injection of these <span> tags is causing issues in some webkit browsers, as they get interrupted into parent DIV's height. Plus its just a bit daft injecting them if they are not going to be used.

Is this a known bug? Hope so! :)
