    During manual install, getting "Invalid object name" during sql execution

    Hello. I'm trying to install Courier 2.5 into Umbraco 6.

    I have run a problem running the app.sql file on my Umbraco db. I'm getting the following error:

    Msg 208, Level 16, State 1, Line 4
    Invalid object name 'umbracoApp'.
    Msg 208, Level 16, State 1, Line 5
    Invalid object name 'umbracoAppTree'.
    Msg 208, Level 16, State 1, Line 3
    Invalid object name 'umbracoAppTree'.
    Msg 208, Level 16, State 1, Line 4
    Invalid object name 'umbracoAppTree'.

    I'm not sure why these tables don't exist, and I have all the necessary permissions. Am I using an incompatible version? Do I need to change the table names?
