    Content Scheduling not working

    I am currently using 7.13. I can not schedule content for publishing, I click set date for either publish or unpubliah and nothing happens. enter image description here

    I tried unpublishing and trying it and does not work either, then I would save the content and still do not work either.

    My permissions for admin are set up for publishing also. Is there a config setting missing or am I missing something?

    Really strange I have the site locally, I tried the add date links and they both worked.

    I had plugins that were running older versions of moment.js - it was analystics.js, google tag managers and google events plugins were the issues
