    Umbraco 8.6.1 Redirect URL Management

    Just wondering the Redirect URL Management doesnt seem to be tracking my redirects. Its enabled but keeps saying

    No redirects have been made When a published page gets renamed or moved a redirect will automatically be made to the new page.

    Also I dont have any of the following dlls in the bin folder "InfoCaster.Umbraco.UrlTracker" "SEOChecker" "Simple301" "Terabyte.Umbraco.Modules.PermanentRedirect" "CMUmbracoTools" "PWUrlRedirect"

    Oh and IIS rewrite is installed.

    and the 

      <web.routing
    trySkipIisCustomErrors="true"
    internalRedirectPreservesTemplate="false" disableAlternativeTemplates="false" validateAlternativeTemplates="false" disableFindContentByIdPath="false"
    umbracoApplicationUrl="" disableRedirectUrlTracking="false">
