    Umbraco doesn't get the changes. ¿Clear cache?

    Hello everyone,

    We have a web page that use umbraco 8 and we have a problem.

    We have a section, where we have some objects created, and these objects don't get the changes that we do even if we press 'Save and publish' and Umbraco says that it's ok and in the webside. The same is when we create a new objecdt, it doesn't appear in the webside.

    I think maybe we need to clear the cache but we don't know how to do it in umbraco 8.

    Hey Isabel,

    Try to Clear Temp files from Appdata, and rebuild Published Cache from the settings

    Hi D K M J!

    Thank you for your reply.

    We did it and nothing changed. We clear Temp files and we use all the options from 'Published status' menu in Settings. Also, we reset the Application Pool and anything of these worked...

    Hey Isabel,

    it's a very strange issue, are you using any CDN like Cloudflare, akamai? or using outputCache in web config/any expiration added?

    also, did you check the network request?
