This explains some of the basic styles you can add (e.g., for the Formulate grid system): https://www.formulate.rocks/plain-javascript/styles
Beyond that, the form elements are just normal HTML elements you can style however you like. I might add a CSS theme to Formulate Pro if there is some interest in that, but I haven't seen many people express interest in that.
