Hi guys:
By reading this document i have achieved to create a web api LOCALLY declared controller, which is created inside our umbraco project.
I would like to create a web api PLUGIN based controller but i think the information in the tutorial isn't enough for a junior dev because i don't know how to create a plugin and send it in umbraco package.
Does someone knows how to achieve it?
