I have been looking at ways to make the back office more informative, I came across a video by Paul Seal and I like how he has done it.
I have taken a screenshot if anyone knows how it's done, and also send Paul a tweet

Hi George,
If on Windows 10, you can press the Windows key and the dot/period key to prompt the Emoji insert dialog:
Or you can go to a site like https://emojipedia.org/ to copy the smiley. Then you can hit CTRL + V when in Umbraco:

Yes I pressed windows + . To get the emoji keyboard up.
I’m glad you like the emojis in the backoffice.
